Jaime's Perfect Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 lbs of Melissa’s Produce Peewee Ruby Gold Potatoes
- 20-25 cloves of garlic (poached in Olive Oil)
- 2-3 cups of room temperature milk
- 3 generous pinches of salt
- Chopped green onions (generous handful)
- A stick of butter (cut up)
Directions
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender (about 15 minutes). Drain and put potatoes in a large bowl. Add 20-25 cloves of poached garlic in addition to two heaping spoonfuls of the garlic infused olive oil used to poach the cloves. Pour 2-3 cups of room temperature milk into the bowl. Add three generous pinches of salt and a generous handful of chopped green onions. Add butter. Use a potato masher or whisk to hand mash all ingredients. Enjoy!
